Foods International (formerly China Premium Food Corporation) develops, licenses and markets a proprietary brand of healthy refreshment drinks throughout the world. Currently distributing products in the United States and Mainland China, Bravo! plans to expand our worldwide presence where modern consumers are demanding healthier, branded drink alternatives.

Having developed five unique flavors, Bravo! secured licenses in the U.S. and China from Warner Bros. Consumer Products for the Looney Tunes intellectual property in the milk category. Bravo! maintains the quality integrity by providing dairies with formulated ingredients, marketing and packaging guidelines. In effect, Bravo! is able to provide a turn-key solution for dairies needing to compete in the good-for-you drink category.

In the United States, Bravo! sells Looney Tunes™ brand flavored milk through contractual agreements with Quality Chekd, a national dairy co-op, and local member dairies.

Bravo Foods International holds a license from Warner Bros.Consumer Products to utilize the Looney Tunes characters and names on milk products throughout the United States, China, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The demand for wholesome, quality, flavored milk is growing tremendously. Bravo Foods International plans to be on the leading edge of that growth

Benjamin Patipa, M.D., joined Bravo! in 2002 and today is its operational head, with direct management responsibilities of all of the Company’s day-to-day activities and operations including production,  quality management, new product development, production partner relationships, licensing partner relationships, national & international distribution and human resources. In his first year at Bravo!, Ben established the Company’s school and vending business, developing an exclusive relationship for Bravo! with Vistar/VSA, the United States’ largest vending distributor.

Ben earned his medical degree and completed an internship and residency in pediatrics at the Albert Einstein Medical Center-Northern Division in Philadelphia in 1983. He has over 24 years of management experience, enjoying success in several health-related public and private businesses during his career, including serving as senior manager of HEARx, Ltd., Sonus USA and eHDL/Healthnet Data Link. Ben lives with his wife and two children, ages five and nine years old, in Lake Worth, Florida.

Jeffrey Kaplan joined Bravo! in October 2005 as CFO. Kaplan’s career spans over 20 years as an entrepreneurial Chief Financial Officer of public companies. In previous posts, Kaplan has been directly responsible for closing over $1.3 billion in transactions including underwritten public offerings, numerous PIPE transactions, strategic acquisitions, and bank financings. As Executive VP and CFO at Rare Medium Group, Kaplan completed a $186 million underwritten public offering and more than $70 million in private placement funding.

Throughout his career as CFO, Kaplan has been responsible for building and developing corporate finance and administrative staff to handle growth and he has implemented budgeting and forecasting disciplines to manage growth. During Kaplan’s tenure at Clabir Corporation, a conglomerate that owned 37 restaurants and 100 convenience stores, the Company brought the popular Klondike(TM) ice cream bar to the national market.

Kaplan also has substantial experience implementing and managing successful investor relations campaigns and coordinated securities analyst coverage for a number of public companies. Kaplan graduated from Brown University and holds an MBA from New York University.

Roy D Toulan, Jr

Roy Toulan has been with Bravo! Brands Inc. since the Company’s founding, serving first as outside corporate counsel. He left his private legal practice in October 2002 to become Bravo!’s in-house General Counsel. Today, he is responsible for all of Bravo!’s legal work including securities matters.

Roy received his law degree from Catholic University in Washington D.C. and for the first 15 years of his career practiced corporate and securities litigation with large law firms in New York and Boston. Before joining Bravo! full time, he spent 18 years practicing general corporate and securities law helping companies with corporate structure and funding, both domestically and internationally.

Roy lives in Gloucester, Massachusetts with his wife and two boys, ages 15 and 17.

Tommy Kee

Tommy Kee joined Bravo! in February 2003 as CFO. His responsibilities include all financial management and reporting for
Bravo! Brands Inc. On a daily basis, he works closely with the Company’s external auditors and general counsel handling financial reporting and SEC compliance.

Tommy graduated with a degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee and went on to get his MBA from the University of Memphis. He served for 18 years as International Controller with the Holiday Inn Corporation in Memphis and Orlando. He also served as CFO for Allied Interstate, Inc. in West Palm Beach and CFO & Treasurer for HEARx, Ltd., of West Palm Beach. Tommy lives with his wife in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Tommy assumed the new position of Chief Accounting Officer during November, 2005.

Mark joined the Bravo! team in August 2006 as Vice President and Controller. Some of Mark’s key responsibilities include SEC reporting, financial planning, reporting and analysis, technical accounting research, implementation of effective internal controls throughout the company, and assisting with the accounting closing process.

Mark’s professional experience prior to Bravo! includes eight years at Tyco International working in various senior audit, accounting, and finance positions, and five years of public accounting experience at KPMG Peat Marwick and Ernst and Young. Mark, a CPA licensed in the state of Florida, received his Bachelors and Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.

Joe Librizzi joined Bravo! in January 2006 as Director of Procurement and Supply Management and today is also Director of Operations, reporting directly to the COO. With over a decade of experience in Supply Chain, he is an expert in the consumer products business, especially milk based beverages. He has both reduced the company’s product costs and established strong partnerships with all its major suppliers.

Joe has a broad based business background. After spending 20 years in Finance during which time he held the position of CFO for three $100 million plus companies, he then transitioned to Operations and Supply Management. Before joining Bravo!, he was the Vice President of Procurement for Slim Fast Foods, where he was responsible for all Supply Chain activities for its two manufacturing plants and eight contract manufacturers.

Joe’s passion and drive for Bravo’s business is infectious…… both internally and with the loyal suppliers that support the company. His approach to partnerships results in a “Win-Win” for all parties.

Mike Comerford

Mike Comerford joined Bravo Brands in October, 2005 as Director of Operations. His responsibilities included managing and working closely with the all the domestic contract packers in the United States. In June, 2006 Mike assumed the position of Director of Sales Operations. This position has responsibility for working closely with the Coca Cola Enterprises Sales team nationwide as well as Bravo’s direct sales force.

Mike graduated from Rider University in New Jersey with a degree in Marketing and minor in Economics. He has over 25 years experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. He has held senior level sales and marketing positions with companies such as Chiquita Brands, Sunny Delight, and Drake Bakeries. Mike is married and has one daughter, 22 years old.

Jack Shea is Director of Business Development, Allied Brands for Bravo Brands Inc. In this position, he is responsible for development of distributor networks and sales for Bravo products that are not distributed by Coca Cola Enterprises (CCE) in North America. Additionally, he is tasked with initiating and developing new business opportunities.

Previously, Mr. Shea served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Tea Systems International (Liquid Tea Concentrate production and sales), Vice President Sales and Marketing, MVT Inc. (Motion Lenticular Point of Purchase material sales), and COO/General Manager, Halewood International / USA, Inc. (Beer, Wine and Spirits importing, sales and distribution.) Mr. Shea started in the beverage industry as a routes salesman for Joyce Beverages/New York which was the largest 7UP bottler in the US. He was General Manager when the company was sold in 1992.

Mr. Shea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.

He is active in various ministries with his church and the community.

Mr. Shea resides with his wife and two sons in Mamaroneck, NY.

Gabrielle Strati has joined Bravo! as Director of Human Resources in January 2007. Gabrielle comes to us with a Masters Degree in Human Resources, her PHR certification from SHRM, and more than 10 years experience in the field at companies most notably The GEO Group, Inc. in Boca Raton, FL, OCS Security out of NYC and Dometic Corporation out of Pompano Beach, FL. She has been a two time recipient of the HR Excellence Award sponsored by the South Florida Business Journal, ever since the creation of the award two years ago. She has created HR departments from the ground up in past business lives and will do the same at Bravo! Brands Inc.
